Ingredients
- 80g frozen raspberries
- 20g vanilla whey protein powder
- 20g vanilla casein protein powder (chocolate is really nice too!)
- 80mL (80g) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Method
- combine all ingredients with a hand blender
- change to a whisk attachment and whisk until the mixture becomes nice and fluffy and has doubled in size
