Ingredients
-15g buckwheat flour
-10g coconut flour
-10g cocoa powder
-5g casein
-1/2tsp GF baking powder
-stevia to taste
-40g egg whites
-80g (80mL) unsweetened almond milk
Method
-combine dry ingredients in a bowl, the add wet ingredients
-Cook in cupcake maker for 7 mins (you could also cook in an oven)
