Ingredients
- 80g fat free natural yoghurt
- 60g cottage cheese
- 20g casein protein powder
Method
- combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
- scoop into a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Top with whatever you like! (nut butter, chocolate chips.....)
