Macros (whole recipe): 50 calories, 5g carbs, 1g fat, 3g protein
This recipe makes enough dressing for one serving of coleslaw, multiply as required
Ingredients:
- 50g fat free natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
Method
- combine all ingredients in a small bowl
- toss through coleslaw to evenly coat
